PSIRA A-Grade (SASSETA A – Security Supervisor)

This course aims to provide knowledge to manage a site and gather evidence during accidents and incidents. In particular, a Security Supervisor would acquire the skills to:

• Demonstrate understanding of crime prevention
• Conduct preliminary investigations
• Institute disciplinary action
• Interpret and manage conflicts within the workplace
• Describe the relationship of junior management to other roles
• Security-related conflict and threat management. Conduct a security threat assessment in a defined operational area
