Test PSIRA A-Grade (SASSETA A – Security )

This course introduces individuals to the Private Security Industry and provides knowledge of what is expected to uphold the Law as Security test test Officers. In particular, a Patrol Security Officer would acquire the skills to:

• Use security equipment
• Conduct a security patrol in area of responsibility
• Handle complaints and problems
• Perform hand over and take over responsibilities
• Give evidence in court
• Apply legal aspects in a security environment
• Perform basic fire fighting
• Carry out basic first aid treatment in the workplace
